About

Hi I’m Hannah and I thought I would use this page to briefly introduce myself.

I’m 27 years old, a qualified teacher, wife, PCOS (Poly cystic Ovaries Syndrome) and fibromyalgia sufferer. Over the last 27 years I have had many ups and downs, had a lot of health problems and gone through some life changing events. But as always I have come out stronger. Well that’s what I tell myself!!

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for a few years now and recently diagnosed with PCOS. I am currently undergoing fertility treatment to try and conceive my first child. I recently left my full time job as a special needs teacher to focus on working more flexibly through supply work. I’m eager to see how this impacts on my health as I couldn’t cope working full time anymore. Follow my posts to stay updated! Whist not working full time I am also developing my own craft shop and hope to share tutorials and tips on my blog as well. Crafting is a major way I cope with pain, getting lost in a project can help keep your mind of it and also keeps my mind active whilst my body can’t be.

In my blog I’m hoping to share my experiences with fibromyalgia, crafts and trying to become a mum at the same time.

I hope you enjoy my posts and I look forward to reading your comments and hearing from you!

Gentle hugs

Hannah

Just found your blog 🙂 I love reading others people’s stories of battling illness. It’s hard and it’s nice to know we’re not alone.
We have much in common! I suffer with systemic lupus and I also work with special needs children.
I’m looking forward to your blog :)Hugs & spoons <3
